4. Payments, Subscriptions & Paddle

All financial transactions are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing to Signaldo, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
• Allow Paddle to process your payment information and handle tax compliance.
• Understand that subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

As a condition of your use of Signaldo, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
• Attempt to access private, password-protected, or non-public areas of any third-party website using our tools.
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Signaldo platform.

The Signaldo platform, including its original content, features, and functionality (excluding data retrieved from third-party sites), is and will remain the exclusive property of Erencan Topdemir.
