1. General Policy

As a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, Signaldo generally does not offer refunds for payments made, including subscription fees (monthly or annual). Once a subscription is activated, the service and its proprietary insights are considered delivered and consumed.

2. Free Trial & Evaluation

To ensure Signaldo meets your business requirements, we encourage all users to utilize our free tier or trial period (if available) before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to evaluate our tracking capabilities and AI summaries risk-free.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Signaldo subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Please note:

  • Cancellations stop future billing cycles but do not result in a refund for the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be made in the following scenarios:

  • Technical Failure: If a confirmed technical error on our side prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice due to a processing error.

All such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Signaldo uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record to handle payments and tax compliance. While Signaldo sets the refund policy, Paddle may also assist in processing authorized refunds. All refund inquiries should first be directed to [email protected].

6. European Union Consumers

If you are using Signaldo as an individual consumer (not for business purposes) within the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by accessing the service and starting to use our digital content, you acknowledge that you waive this right of withdrawal once the performance of the service has begun.
